Mailbox Information

As part of our covenants (#10), we are to keep a standard mailbox. I've contacted several companies and received the following pricing information from Estes. These folks have the information on our mailbox design.

a.) Replacing entire unit $249.21 including taxes and installation.
b.) Replacing cedar post $181.80 including taxes and installation
c.) Replacing mailbox with address only $92.41 including taxes and installation
d.) We do not paint mailboxes, we only replace. Painting the post $30.00.

Expenses & Dues

Update on 2009-10 expenses and plans for 2010-2011 dues:

We are working hard to preserve our neighborhood's property values. As a result, in 2009-2010 we spent additional $'s on two projects (as a result of your input on the 2009-2010 survey):
1) $1745.03 on refinishing the lampposts and replacing the lamp globes in the Fox Rd. entrance
2) $851.50 on landscaping plants and materials for the median on the Fox Rd. entrance

This year we need to work on two additional items:
