2009 Echo Pointe HOA Rummage Sale

The 2009 Echo Pointe Garage/Rummage Sale will be held on two days this year: Friday, June 5th and Saturday, June 6th, from 8am-1pm. There will be signs posted at both entrances to the neighborhood. For more information, contact us if you intend to participate. We are looking for a volunteer to coordinate this event...thanks!

Dear Echo Pointe Homeowner,

Hello! Hope you are having a great Spring! It's that time again!

Article 14 of the Plat Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions developed for the Echo Pointe Subdivision by RN Thompson, states that each homeowner is to pay an annual assessment for the maintenance of the common grounds for our subdivision. The assessment for the period 4/1/09-3/31/10 is $50 per residence. This assessment is due by Tuesday, June 30th, 2009.

If you are planning to build a deck, install a fence, change your mailbox, or make any exterior change to your house or yard, don’t forget you need to acquire prior approval of your plans.

By-Laws

Article 1. This homeowners association is created for the benefit of homeowners and lawful owners of real estate within the subdivision known as Echo Pointe. The goal of the association is to insure the high quality of life, to maintain property value, and to create a unity among neighbors of Echo Pointe subdivision.

Article 2. Definitions:

The undersigned, L.D.G., Inc., an Indiana corporation, the owner of the real estate shown and described in this plat (the “Real Estate”), hereby certifies that it has laid off, platted and subdivided, and does hereby lay off, plat and subdivide said Real Estate in accordance with this plat. This Subdivision shall be known and designated as Echo Pointe Section Z—Lots 1-17 and 97-112 inclusive, an addition in Marion County, Indiana, containing 33 Lots.

The Echo Pointe subdivision is located in Indianapolis between 79th St and Fox Rd, just east of Sunnyside Rd. It is comprised of approximately 130 homes built in the 1990s.
