Hello! Hope you are having a great Spring! It's that time again!
Article 14 of the Plat Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions developed for the Echo Pointe Subdivision by RN Thompson, states that each homeowner is to pay an annual assessment for the maintenance of the common grounds for our subdivision. The assessment for the period 4/1/09-3/31/10 is $50 per residence. This assessment is due by Tuesday, June 30th, 2009.

*** 2009 Echo Pointe HOA Rummage Sale ***
The 2009 Echo Pointe Garage/Rummage Sale will be held on two days this year: Friday June 5th and Saturday, June 6th from 8 am-1pm. There will be signs posted at both entrances to the neighborhood. For more information, contact us at rhdeluca@gmail.com if you intent to participate. We are looking for a volunteer to coordinate this event…thanks!
Many residents have expressed their concerns about the current state of our entrance landscaping (foundation), entrance signage, mailboxes, etc. The HOA has accumulated $5366.88 over the last few years for these types of improvements. A list of proposals is included in the form below for the HOA directory (which will be mailed ASAP after updates are received). Please register your vote and return the card in the supplied envelope along with this year’s payment. We will be scheduling a meeting after all votes are cast to announce the results & obtain estimates before any final decisions are made. At this meeting we will also discuss the election of officers and the addition of the positions of President and Vice President to our Leadership Committee/Board in an attempt to spread out the responsibilities of the HOA. Please fill out the attached sheet and return.
Summer is almost here! How does a neighborhood Pitch-in cookout sound? If you would like to host a fun get-together to kick off summer, please let us know and we will spread the word!
