As part of our covenants (#10), we are to keep a standard mailbox. I've contacted several companies and received the following pricing information from Estes. These folks have the information on our mailbox design.
a.) Replacing entire unit $249.21 including taxes and installation.
b.) Replacing cedar post $181.80 including taxes and installation
c.) Replacing mailbox with address only $92.41 including taxes and installation
d.) We do not paint mailboxes, we only replace. Painting the post $30.00.
If a homeowner just wanted the product and picked up the product to save the installation charges the prices would be the following:
a.) Entire unit product only and taxes is $194.21
b.) Cedar post product only and taxes is $126.80
c.) Mailbox product and address only and taxes is $67.41
